RETURNS AND REFUNDS.
All Transactions and purchases made on the site is final and ZOOZ COLLECTIBLES offers no return and exchange unless it can be clearly shown that the product shipped was defective upon receipt within 10 days of receiving the product.
(A) Pre-Ordered Items
We offer no form of returns and exchanges for pre-ordered products. Transactions under this category are complete and final. However, You or ZOOZ COLLECTIBLES may cancel this reservation by terminating the Pre-Order at any time for any or no reason prior to our notice to you that your Product is ready for delivery. If you do so prior to our notice of delivery, you will obtain a refund of the purchase price without interest but with payment of any fee used to process the pre-order before cancellation. If ZOOZ COLLECTIBLES cancels your reservation you will receive a full refund of the purchase price without interest (and you will not pay any processing fee).
(b) Damaged in shipment
If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment or it is defective, please email us at email@example.com within 10 business days of receiving the shipment. We would not accept return after 10 business days of purchase. Include a description of the damages and include pictures. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced if in stock or a refund will be issued. You are responsible for the shipment of the damaged merchandise back to us.
(c) Important conditions for return
The product returned shall be inspected on its receipt. Please ensure that the following conditions are fulfilled before returning the product:
The product shall be in unused and original condition;
We shall inform you about the return of the product to us within a period of 60 business days;
We shall not accept any open box deliveries;
The return package shall include everything that arrived with the package when you made the purchase, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies & accessories, invoices/warrantee cards and other documentation.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit would be issued to you.
Please note that we do not offer any form of exchanges for our services, Transactions on the site are complete and final.
You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges shown at the time you make a purchase. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling charges from time to time, but we will provide notice of the charges applicable to you before you make your purchase. Shipping could be UPS, FedEx or USPS. We reserve the right to use any shipping couriers as needed. Actual delivery dates may vary and shipping times will be determined by the shipping selection made by the customer. Merchandise will ship within 72 hours and use the shipping method at the point of checkout. All shipping will have tracking. You agree that you will not obtain, or direct shipment of, a Product for export.
With the Present COVID – 19 outbreak, shipping time may be delayed or changed. We will try our best to get the order to you as soon as possible.
